Meet The Team

People are key to any business and the team at 3 Solutions takes pride in offering an excellent service to our clients when delivering any project no matter what its size, ensuring the customer is kept up to date throughout the project. All of our tradesmen are CRB checked and use mobile working which means jobs are tracked and managed from start to finish ensuring the most efficient service and quality work for all.

Tony Guidi – Managing Director

Local figurehead Tony Guidi has over 40 years’ experience within the construction and maintenance industry and has successfully procured numerous maintenance contracts over the past 18 years for a variety of customers of various sizes.

Tony still enjoys the practical part of the job and is often found on site pushing jobs on, if not working on site he can usually be found on the golf course or tinkering with an engine as he finds it very hard to just sit still and do nothing.

Rich Watts – Director

Born and bred in Shepton Mallet, Rich Watts joined 3 Solutions in 2011 as a Director, overseeing the day to day running of the business and working closely with existing and potential clients. Rich is a key individual within the firm and with his strong people and planning skills he ensures clear instructions and guidance on jobs and their timely finish. With previous experience working for local authorities, Rich worked in Planning and Building Control as well as setting up a Council Customer Service Team, he then went to work in the Commercial sector as a Planning Consultant before his move to 3 Solutions.

Rich is heavily embedded within the local business community and he attends various networking events around the region. In his spare time, Rich is a keen Bristol City fan and tries to get to as many of their games as possible!

Louis Durnell – Director                  

Louis Durnell is based loacally having lived in the area from a child and started work at 3 Solutions as a Director in January 2021. He has previously worked on a variaty of commercial and residential refurbishments for over 10 years in project, contract and operations managers roles for business's ranging in turnover from 2 million to 250 million per year. These projects have been both local and national for privately owned and corporate companies. Louis is looking to bring new contracts to the business to add to our existing portfolio.

Louis is also a keen football fan and currently coaches the local under 7's football team.

Carla Watts - Finance Manager

Carla Watts has been with the business since the start and manages all financial matters for the business. This includes invoicing, payments to our suppliers and managing the companies pension scheme.

Carla is a key contact within the business and is an integral part to the day to day running of the business. Outside of work Carla enjoys spending time with her young family, living locally in Shepton Mallet.

Chris Langdon - Contracts Manager

Chris Langdon has joined our team as a contracts manager with a number of years experience having previously worked for a Housing Association. Chris has held previous job roles as a Voids Manager and a Building Surveyor gaining excellent knowledge within the building and maintenace sector and building good working relationships with his team.

In his spare time Chris enjoys spending time with his family and walking on the beach. He is also a keen car enthusiast!
