3 Solutions secures five year contract with White Horse Housing Association

Renovation and maintenance specialists 3 Solutions have secured a five-year contract with White Horse Housing Association (WHHA) looking after their portfolio of rented properties.

WHHA has been building and managing homes in the rural areas of Wiltshire, Swindon and the surrounding areas for over 32 years and 3 Solutions is delighted to be looking after their range of properties from listed buildings through to flats and houses of varying ages.

Rich Watts, Director at 3 Solutions comments “we are extremely pleased to have secured this five year contract with WHHA looking after their response and planned works as well as their mechanical and electrical work, with the possibility of an additional four year contract.”

WHHA was established in 1984 with the purpose of providing high quality, affordable homes for people in housing need in rural areas.  Their aim is to provide excellent services to its customers and to help maintain vibrant and thriving communities. The Association has grown steadily into a financially strong organisation and has built an excellent reputation. They currently own and manage 370 properties across 45 villages.

3 Solutions will be operating the contract from their base in Shepton Mallet with all the property stock located in Kilmersdon and the surrounding area and the rural villages of Wiltshire including Codford, Tilshead and Castle Combe.

Their in-house multi-skilled team and strong administration and support team at their local contact centre are well placed to deliver all of WHHA’s commercial needs.
