Apprentice Niall Taylor passes his Level 2 NVQ in Plumbing and Heating

Niall Taylor our apprentice has passed his Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Plumbing and Heating.

We are really proud of the progress he has made since joining 3 Solutions, Niall attends Bridgwater College on a day release program and spends his other working days going out with the qualified plumbing and heating engineers of 3 Solutions. Since passing his Level 2, he is now able to go out a couple of days a week on his own undertaking small plumbing repairs.

Niall has now returned to Bridgwater College to complete his Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Plumbing and Heating and once completed Niall will then progress to undertake his gas qualification to become a fully qualified gas engineer.

We really value the importance of training and development at 3 Solutions and it is fundamental to our business and its success, well done Niall and keep up the good work, from all of us at 3 Solutions.
