Customer Service Excellence finalists at the Mendip Business Awards

3 Solutions were delighted to be one of three finalists in the Customer Service Excellence category at this year’s Mendip Business Awards.

Held at the Royal Bath & West Showground on Friday 3 June, this popular local business event is in its second year and attracts leading business men and women from across the region.

The Mendip Business Awards are aimed at supporting and showcasing excellence from local businesses in the Mendip area. Companies of all sizes and industries are encouraged to get involved. The awards are sponsored by Capita, The Royal Bath & West Society & Mendip District Council in partnership with Mendip's Chambers of Commerce, The Mid Somerset Series & The Frome Standard. All categories are then judged by representatives from the FSB, local Chambers of Commerce, local entrepreneurs and the Managing Editor of Mid Somerset Series.

This year featured ten categories from New Business of the Year, Customer Service Excellence through to Business Personality of the Year.

The team at 3 Solutions are extremely proud of their customer service and work hard to achieve a high level for both their Residential and Commercial clientele.
