Hi Matthew, tell us a bit about yourself?

Hi I’m Matthew and I live in Midsomer Norton with my wife and three children.

What’s your role at 3 Solutions?

I’m one of the plumbing and heating engineers at 3 Solutions.

How long have you been working here?

I have worked for 3 Solutions for around eight years now, I did have a break for six months to try something new but really didn’t enjoy it, so I came back to 3 Solutions to do what I enjoy the most!

Describe your typical workday.

My working day can be extremely varied, anything from boiler services, installing new boilers to fitting bathrooms.

What’s the favourite part of your job.

That every day is different! Also the great team that we work with here at 3 Solutions.

Do you benefit from training within your role?

I have been put through many courses by 3 Solutions which has definitely helped in my role, from Oil, Air Source and Ground Source heat pumps, floor laying, Worcester and Vaillant boiler courses and many more…

Tell us something interesting about yourself!

I really enjoy watching the rugby in my spare time with a pint of cider! I used to play a lot when I was younger, but these days due to my fitness levels I only play once a year in memory of a coach that sadly passed away.
