Hi Polly, tell us a bit about yourself?

Hi, my name is Polly Webster and I live in Shepton Mallet with my fiancé and three year old son, we are currently planning our December wedding!

What’s your role at 3 Solutions?

I am the first point of contact for most calls as the receptionist for 3 Solutions.

How long have you been working here?

I have worked here for 5 years now.

Describe your typical workday.

My workday consists of putting new orders onto our system and answering any enquiries that have come through on email, as well as completing any paperwork for the jobs that are currently running. I also make a cracking cup of tea in the odd round or two!

What’s the favourite part of your job?

Working with the team! We have a great team who feel like a family unit, everyone helps each other out and supports one another and it makes the office a great atmosphere to work in.

Do you benefit from training within your role?

Yes, I have training on letter typing, quote typing and phoning customers, which has definitely boosted my confidence.

Tell us something interesting about yourself!

I recently got engaged in Disneyland Paris! Anyone who knows me knows im a Disney geek so this was amazing. I’m due to get married in December this year, we are busy planning our wedding which has been manic but I’ve loved every moment.
