Chimney repairs on a residential property

3 Solutions were contacted by a private client to carry out some pointing works and chimney repairs on their residential property.

When accessing the project, our surveyor could only access the situation from the ground and processed the work needed via a recent surveyors report. When proceeding with the work we erected scaffolding and were shocked at the damage which included missing mortar around the chimney, a change for the worse with the weather and the chimney pots would’ve been blown down.

The team at 3 Solutions repaired the chimney and surrounding mortar and left the client with a fully functioning chimney.
