New toilet facilities for Chilcompton Village Hall

The village hall in Chilcompton is central to the village community but the toilet facilities were in desperate need of a transformation. 3 Solutions worked alongside all the members at the village hall over a three week period and installed new toilet facilities for both the ladies and gentlemen.

Stage One

This included the ladies toilets where a blank canvas was created first by removing all the sanitary wear and cubicles. We then removed the concrete floor and relocated the mains water supply within the vanity unit as this was originally situated within the cubicle area.

We then prepared the walls and installed a low maintenance hygienic white rock wall panelling that can be washed down at ease. Once installed we were then able to construct and install all new sanitary wear. This included two cubicles each with a vanity unit and a single pan, a L shaped work surface with two basins, a baby changing mat, a mirror above each basin, towel dispenser and a censored soap dispenser.

Stage Two

We then moved to the gentlemen toilets where we removed all of the sanitary wear and cubicles. We then prepared the walls and blocked up the window and then installed the same hygienic white rock wall panelling as in the ladies. The new toilet facilities were then put in; a new cubicle with a single pan and vanity unit, a separate vanity unit with a small section of counter top and a single basin, a double pan urinal including a privacy panel with all the pipework boxed in to leave a hygienic finish.

The members of Chilcompton Village Hall were delighted with the new toilet facilities and now have an updated facility for the villagers to use.
