Roof damage repairs after the storm
Storm Doris moved across the UK in February and according to the Met Office brought gusts of up to 94 mph. Many properties were damaged including this roof on a residential property in Evercreech, Somerset, here’s what we did to repair the damage.
Following an inspection and free quotation the customer instructed 3 Solutions to carry out the works as quoted.
Our operatives removed and set-aside roof tiles to access the damaged areas, we then cut out the required batons and removed the damaged roof felt. The damaged area was then replaced with new felt including new batons and eves trays. Finally, we reinstated the roof tiles and installed new mortar to the verge.
