Roofing repair project in Chard
We have recently carried out a roofing project in Chard which included the following repair work...
Our guys erected scaffolding to gain access to the roof and then removed the first few rows of tiles on the front of the property. We then renewed the felt and batons and installed new eave trays before we re-tiled the roof with their existing tiles.
As part of the project we renewed all the lead flashings and the uPVC barge board, raked out and renewed the cement fillet on the verge and then installed two Klober roof vents to help with the air circulation in the loft space.
