Tell us a bit about yourself?

Hi, I’m Karl, I live in Westfield with my partner, four children and our nine month old puppy, Hugo.

What’s your role at 3 Solutions?

I’m a multi skilled tradesman and UPVC installer which means no day is the same!

How long have you been working here?

I started working at 3 Solutions in September 2017, so nearly seven months.

Describe your typical workday.

I have a really varied role within 3 Solutions, one day I’ll be fitting windows and doors and then the next I could be painting and decorating in a residential property or installing fencing! No day is the same which is what I love so much about my job, it keeps it interesting.

What’s the favourite part of your job.

The variation! I like that I’m doing something different each day in both the commercial and residential sectors for all types of clients. It really helps to develop and test my skills in many different areas.

Do you benefit from training within your role?

I have definitely benefited from training in the short time I’ve been at 3 Solutions. So far, I have completed my asbestos course, a first aid course and I’m currently doing my FENSA qualification.
